Dr. Monte Slater, MD, FACOG, ABAARM
Dr. Monte Slater is a double board-certified physician with over 35 years of medical experience. He is the medical director of Slater Aesthetics, with premier locations in Atlanta (Buckhead) and Warner Robins, Georgia, as well as the Medical Director of Buckhead Hair Restoration.
A graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1987, Dr. Slater completed his residency at the Naval Hospital San Diego, CA. He proudly served as a Medical Corps Officer in the United States Navy from 1983 to 1998, achieving the rank of Commander. Throughout his distinguished medical career, he has held leadership positions including Department Chairman, Director of Surgical Services, Medical Director, and Deputy Chief of Staff.
Dr. Slater is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (with an emphasis in Laparoscopic and Urogynecologic Surgery) and Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He is considered a "Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Expert," helping men and women get back to optimal function while aging.
He has completed extensive specialized training, including hands-on training at the Ageless Regenerative Institute in the Pure Lipo™ technique, training with Dr. Jeffrey Klein (pioneer of tumescent anesthesia), and advanced instruction at the Pelosi Institute of Cosmetogynecology in New Jersey.
