Vampire Facelift Versus Vampire Facial at Slater Aesthetics

The Vampire Facelift versus the Vampire Facial

The Vampire Facial and the Vampire Facelift can both be ideal for all skin types and produce great results.  The Vampire Facelift procedure also makes use of your body’s best defense; your own Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), but involves the injection of your PRP along with dermal fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm (sub-dermally). Sometimes the Vampire Facelift is also combined with Fat. The Vampire Facial is topical in nature, the Vampire FaceLift goes under the skin.

With recent advances in skin care technology, it’s become quite trendy and it is truly effective for Anti-Aging and Skin Rejuvenation. When performing the Vampire Facial Dr. Slater and/ or his staff use a micro-pen to gently aerate the skin, and then topically applied PRP. The tiny micro perforations made by the micro-pen allow for easier absorption of the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP); hence the name Vampire Facial.

Sometimes the Vampire Facelift is also combined with Fat or the VivaceRF Treatment. There is really no reason not to do so. The difference between the two basic treatments? The  Vampire Facial is topical and it is applied like a serum during the Micro-needling procedure. The Vampire FaceLift goes under the skin via injections and is traditionally combined with Dermal Fillers.

The Vampire Facelift is often performed for women and men ’40s and up. When the sign of aging kicks in and volume loss (and hollows) are a factor, the combination of Dermal Fillers and PRP via injections will make all the difference and turn back the clock of time. Sculptra is the only none HA Filler and is ideal for women and men in their 40’s and up. The Vampire Facial is a great preventive and maintenance treatment for women and men of all ages.
