The Vivace microneedling procedure is performed using a handpiece placed on the skin’s surface at the site of the treatment area. The handpiece consists of a multiple needle head that, when accurately applied within a specified depth, activates the MFR energy. Each time one of the microneedles breaks the skin, a tiny passage is created that prompts the body to produce new collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid in the skin’s uppermost layer in addition to creating new capillaries. As a result of the needles actions and the body’s responses, a foundation is set for an increase in dermal production.
